Testing blood sugar, results are worrying me. My blood sugar goes up a fair amount after breakfast, so I'll be cutting breakfast carbs by half to see what happens. But it seems to keep going up -- 6 hours after breakfast, my blood sugar is much higher than 2 hours after breakfast. While I control for glycemic index, I need to control for glycemic load much, much more. I never would have realized how bad it was without measuring -- feedback loops from measurements are good.
