THE LIZARD KING 3: JIM MORRISON'S LEFT-HANDED PATH
The lead singer for the rock group the Doors personified the mind-bending, uninhibited lifestyle of the 1960s, in his brief but brilliant career. Like few bands other than the Beatles, the influence of the Doors has eclipsed the generation that first carried it to fame. Jim Morrison himself believed he was a sort of a shaman and that spirits used him for his music. A lesser-known fact is that Jim Morrison’s father, Captain George Morrison, commanded the Carrier Division during the Gulf of Tonkin Incident.
A Faustian Bargain is a deal with the devil, a pact with Satan, an agreement that allows you to have anything you've ever wanted. And in exchange for extreme wealth or power, all you have to do is hand your soul over to the devil for eternity. Some may be a little quick to dismiss Morrison's lyrics as the ramblings of a madman but there's a very strong possibility he was manufactured via MK Ultra into serving the social engineering programs the C.I.A. had at the time. Morrison's alter egos made multiple appearances in public: The Lizard King, Jimbo, Mr. Mojo Rising and Rush being the most notorious ones.
