Today on #DailyCovfefe, Carter and Keri discuss another weekend of so-called "racist" tweets from President Trump in which he points out basic but inconvenient truths about Rep. Elijah Cumming's district, the 7th Congressional District of Maryland (which includes about half of Baltimore).
