Is it now 'mandatory' in Columbia that people have to wear masks outside?
It is actually not that I care. The point of the mask in this photo is the message printed on it.
Really? Even in Canada it's not mandatory to wear a mask outside anywhere. Not yet at least. Craziness. Personally I would prefer seeing the message on a hat or something! :-)
Yes I agree entirely. Masks are mandated here even if you're alone the cops here are corrupt and would be happy giving this foreigner a fine, the might even try and get some pocket money out of me in the process. If I was back in the UK or Germany I would be far more defiant. For now I just have to do as the locals want. For me the message on the mask is a nice little bit of defiance in my own way.
