On 03 Mar 2021 Elon Musk's SpaceX took another step in its efforts to send humans back to the moon and onward to Mars with the successful launch and landing of SN10, albeit, a slightly off the mark and not quite erect landing, but a landing nonetheless.
About eight minutes later while resting on the pad, SN10 blew up in a rather spectacular "kaboom" that hoisted the entire craft hundreds of feet in the air. Regardless of the explosion, the mission was arousing success and will do much to help us get back into manned space exploration.
