I have been noticing that the afternoon sun, under heavy geoengineering spraying, really doesn't give off the heat the way the morning sun does. The morning sun is extremely hot on the skin probably because the UV rays hitting us are much stronger than we think... But why does the afternoon sun have zero bite? Does anyone agree? I am in RI in New England
