PODCAST #012 - HAARP WEATHER CONTROL
“The High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program,” or HAARP, was initiated as an ionospheric research program. HAARP is funded by the U.S. Air Force, the Navy, Alaska-Fairbanks University, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). It was designed and built by BAE Advanced Technologies (BAEAT).
Its original purpose was to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology. A technology aimed for radio communications and surveillance at first, it has now morphed into a full-blown military weapon. The dangers of using weather control as a military weapon have become evident as of the last decade. Natural disasters that some believe were caused by HAARP activity include the Haiti and Fukushima earthquakes.
Geoengineering is “the deliberate large-scale intervention in the Earth’s climate system to moderate global warming.” However, the real military objectives are now exposed not only used in conflicts between nations but against the people. The so-called elite has been using geoengineering and DEWs (Directed energy weapons) against the people for decades now. There are over 50 active “HAARP” weapons today.

There was a guy that had a website and I cannot remember his name but he claimed that the devastating hurricane in Houston a few years back was man made. He showed Doppler radar of the storm not moving and continuing to blossom storms. He had found large ships in the area and in his opinion these ships were what were causing the hurricane. Very compelling!!
