Our policy documentation has been migrated there and a number of articles for frequently asked questions have also been added. More articles will be added based on the support questions that are raised.
You may have observed that response times for support tickets have reduced significantly. This is a direct result of us hiring dedicated support staff in February and would not be possible without our user community, especially those that take out membership subscriptions.
We are looking to improve this further with additional support staff once we pass our next Help Us Grow milestone.
