I just searched for "The Killer of Killers" and this book wasn't on the first three pages of Amazon's results. So I searched "Terrence Popp" and it came up. Amazon has it under Terrence SM Popp. The paper back version is in my cart for my next order, because Amazon thinks that they have the right to remove books from your kindle if they remove them from their store.
