Haiti In Crisis

The US embassy in Haiti was reinforced and non-essential personnel evacuated by air Saturday night. This has only happened twice before, both times in catastrophic withdrawals (even though the SOUTHCOM spokesperson stated this is "standard practice for embassy security").
Journalist Kim Ives reported on RT.com that there are no gangs, just armed citizens rejecting US meddling.  He comments on US "exacerbation" of the situation there, and mocks State Dept. spokesman Matthew Miller's ironic statement that the US is "against violent or undemocratic regime changes" even though the US has fomented so many of them.
Clarification of reports that "the president is not in the country."  The president of Haiti is dead, having been assassinated by US-connected parties shouting in English in 2021.  He was one of three world leaders who refused to force-vaccinate his population, then suddenly died.  The unelected Prime minister of Haiti, Ariel Henry, was denied permission to land in Haiti or in the neighboring Dominican Republic.  His plane returned to the US territory of Puerto Rico.  He had been visiting Kenya trying to shore up support for their UN-approved [invasion] "police" force, which had been blocked by judicial action within that very divided and unstable nation.
Spokesman Miller further commented that "any violation of export regulations" would be dealt with severely.  This means that any US citizen, or Haitian American (of which there are many) entering the conflict to free this nation or supplying weapons from the USA will face arrest and prosecution.
